i think stating the fully diluted market cap is important here as the number of options on issue is almost equal to the fully paid shares...
at 10c the fully diluted market cap is closer to $50M as opposed to the $20M you have mentioned.....
still cheap in the scheme of things... - but it all comes down to how management choose to proceed with the project..
