Unexpected but good news. Again it's an SME focused acquisition. Vonex is going to become a one stop shop for businesses nationally. 4.5x EBITDA is a fair consideration. Aqcuisition is expected to be complete Jan 2022 which is great.
I also noticed that Vonex has an updated website now. They have been hard at work updating the website and developing acquisitions.
