Look, MSB is technically in the worst position now, if they think they can go alone and do a Phase 3 trial for an EUA with FDA. They havent got the cash to burn to do this. its going to cost a minimum of USD 150Mill to do so.
Novartis was always going to walk when in May 2021 it was radio silence and the results where there. The one liner message that they terminated, would have been known earlier. They just did it formally this week.
SI and the Board are not accountable with this company and being clear to shareholders on what direction they want to achieve with this massive waste of a science experiment. You can have all the results and patents, but if nothing is commercialised you dont have a business.
