Their principal place of business is in South Africa. The company has zero operations in Australia outside of the non-exec directors/board members being here. That's the only reason they're Australian company listed on the ASX.
What else is there? Starlined which is a South African software startup that has zero online footprint prior to the EM1 deal? Cloudzen where Robin Tan has gone dark for 2+ years and his business has stalled?
