I agree Covid is not going away - it's now endemic. However, the new variant of Covid is more akin to a severe cold for almost everybody on planet earth. For a tiny tiny fraction of people, it may lead to a hospital and an even smaller number, death - and in most cases those who die were likely to be close to death from a number of other conditions.

Most people will no longer require drug interventions because the symptoms of the new variant simply don't require it.

Apart from the above, unfortunately the big pharma companies control the market (and largely the world) right now through their vaccine programs. Good luck trying to compete against that. Big pharma has the ears of every single government to the point that people are deluded into believing that vaccines are the only way to deal with Covid.
