Supposedly a manual brickie can put up the walls of 10 std double brick (single-storey) houses per year, and the HX is 5 to 10 times faster than that. But that's the brickie using a "maxibrick" block and the HX using slightly bigger blocks used in the Dayton build. How long it takes to source all the materials is another question.
