It`s very similar to private healyh funds,if people who go into private health funds and there not all rich people,some do without to make that choice,should I feel be given a tax rebate,takes pressure off the public system which car`nt cope anyway,maybe there should be a cut off as persons per earning,but a clever accounting system can get around this,try to look after oneself as no-one else will
