What has the SBB got to do earnings or future absolutely nothing.
The big picture is the company doesn't want to get smashed with 1001 emails from SH.
SBB is all about having too much shares on issue or proping up the price
No way a SBB has anything to do with the future.
We are about to get diluted with shares from the raise and acquisition, the SP gets proper up in meantime, register gets tighter, SH are happy. Kin sacrificed a few funds so SH can have peace of mind and the company as well.
Win, win and finally a win.
People need to understand that SBB unless you have billions of shares on issue is clearly used to prop up the price.
Think about it they had to hire an employee because they couldn't handle the emails.
They have also stated many times in webinars and other things that the SP in Icandy mind is undervalued so the constant complaints probably annoyed them so prop it up.
