The other thing to consider is the "risk off" view in Capital Markets after Evergrande and other Chinese property developers default.
Those loans were repackaged and sold several times on the basis of it being a secure investment ( think GFC) so the damage is far wider reaching than originally intended.
Wait till Blackrock and UBS announce their provisions for these defaults.
The whole investment community will be running scared from unsecured or doubtful lending
