The only reason they have that registered address is that it is a Corporations Law requirement that all businesses in Australia must have a physical address within Australia so the South African actual place of business wouldn't fly.
Without that office they'd be ineligible for an ABN and ACN and hence be incapable of being listed on the ASX.
