Have been in market trying to get my hands on shares at 0.185 but no luck.
Trades going through at 0.185 are small parcels of mostly between 30 to 70 shares.
The larger parcels are at 0.19
Smells of someone back testing and keeping the price down to accumulate.
Might need to see the broker data to see who is fishing in our pond.
