    Two months ago, I thought 30c is ridiculous. I think market can provide all surprise to us. Since bank license is not in NOV's pocket yet. I read one article said after NAB toke over 86400 and Xinja case, APRA take more careful to release banking license because to let big four getting them is not health for the market and not the reason they release banking license to Neo Bank.
    If we do touch 24c after Feb with empty hand from APRA, I would not surprise at all.
