I see these guys are still going at it Warnie. All I can say is if they are renting now, they will be renting for the rest of their lives. That old semi I bought about 6mths ago for 180k, similar semi's are now nudging the 200k mark. The one my son bought about 18mths ago for 280k is now nudging 340k-350k and rising fast. If they could not afford one 2 yrs ago they are totally out of the race now. I'll be happy to rent to them for a price.
