Govr, can you give some examples of poorly run centres? There has been a lot of discussion about the quality of the centres and I can't recall any negative sentiment towards their ability to manage centres. I know two centres quite well Bankstown and Roselands and both had significant upgrades under the current management. I would like to hear of examples where it hasn't been the case.
