    mowbray,

    your sentiment is sell.
so you've sold and moved on right?
    "better pastures" await right...

but wait, have you actually sold any yet?
    i would guess no.

my guess is you're gonna stick around for the bhp cheque.

my guess is that management need your 1.7m YES votes!!
(they read the posts, they know shareholders are pissed.)

you could easily dump your load on the market, pun intended, and it wouldnt even get noticed.
UMC seems to churn 1.7m shares in pre open these days.

so, with so many "better pastures", why stick around for 3c??
you could get multiples of that in "better pastures".

one such "better pasture" may be VNS.
its up 10c since the 16/10/09.

huh, will you look at that....that was the day the UMC deal was announced.

AND it was the day that VNS "lodged Form 410B with ASIC for a request of reservation of a name so that it may change its name" (from theinc's original post)

    what a crazy coincidence.
im sure they're all totally unrelated tho, right wolfie??

UMC deal gets announced, VNS lodges a name change, the usual suspects on both the UMC and VNS top20, UMC assets to be divested, and VNS trades 180k shares to a 52 week high.

this for a stock whose average turnover for the last 12months has been 15k shares???
nothing odd in that at all, right wolfie??

UMC spent a week in suspension.
my bet is that the BHP offer was accepted in the first hour, then these monkeys spent a week trying to work out how to divest the other assets AND still stay involved.
enter VNS and her name change...

im just thinking out aloud, but when you consider the crew, anything is possible with these pr!cks.

it will be EXTREMELY interesting to see if any UMC assets end up in VNS.
