THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. The plaintiffs have leave to rely on the written outline of closing submissions emailed to
the Chambers of Justice Jackson on 14 December 2021.
2. On or before 20 December 2021, the first defendant must file and serve any written
outline of closing submissions addressing any matters that were not covered in its oral
closing submissions.
3. On or before 24 December 2021, the plaintiffs must file and serve any further written
submissions of no more than five pages in length, which must be strictly responsive to
the first defendant's closing submissions and only address any matters not already raised
in oral submissions.
