GXY had previously given NPV of their project at different exchange rates and there was a dramatic negative effect caused by a higher $A and hence their hedging.
The profits would be adversely affected by a rising $A against the $US.Commodities are sold in $US.
Profits from Tantalum sales are definitely a bonus for GXY but not expected to be a major contributor to overall sales dollars at its current price.This could change in the future.
We still haven't been given the information about the actual turnover figures and expenses associated with the production of Lithium Carbonate in China.
We MUST be given these figures in order to properly assess the future prospects of the Company.
