WHY does there have to be a US listing. Why? Why would anyone purchase at $15usd a share when they can just buy right now at around $1 per share. What am I missing here? Why does there have to be a capital raise? Talga is solvent for a couple more years, and by then the JV should be in place.
The only thing I will grant you is that IF/WHEN Talga has a permit, financing becomes a lot easier. My money says MT waits for a permit, then obtains funding from the EU + Mitsui with minimal dilution.
We have heard multiple times from sources familiar with MT that he loathes dilution. Obviously, he will do it if he has to, but you need to show me in excruciating detail why there is a gun to his head and he has to credit raise before August 2022.
