The split is purely based on page 12 of the Annual Report this year in the revenue section (page 14 of the PDF in announcement), it says they have hedging of 16%. There is a bit more detail which could mean this number needs to be adjusted.
There is also 14% of Infrastructure Equity assets in AUD holdings. So have added this on top of the hedged amount as it is neutral in currency terms.
I didn’t even think about Airlie. They would definitely be upset.
Think the company will start to report the numbers monthly again soon. The UBS Analyst said inflow increased in October, can’t see how that happened, but then they have access to a lot more information than us.
I thought NAV could be manipulated and aren’t marked to market prices at the time. It could be the better way to measure.
