I think thats where it’s going
it used to be that stems were regenerative, ie they would grow to replace damaged tissue (ie cardiac, vertebral discs etc). Now it seems the use effect is primarily anti inflammatory, which may have some application but there are plenty of well studied, reliable and cheap anti inflammatories around.
hence Msb keep having to “adapt” their goals to fit the trial results, cos they don’t really know how stems work or what they do. They may get there eventually, maybe.
