Dividend trend also very positive after the latest announcement with per share metrics all trending upwards. Brilliant.
Heaps of people didn't like the ALE buy but in property everything is done with a long term vision which management seems to be executing quite well. The NTA is solid and pretty much reflects how under valued REITs are on their trailing NTAs.
Interest rate flux will cause some short term havoc but I see CLW coming through the wash positively and as a top tier defensive play.
