U over looked my comments about startup companies who would need govt fundings!
These are the one’s were the innovation generally come from and larger company’s assess the viability of concept before they progress further.
At this stage, the larger company should be only entitled to claim R&D expenses.
Covid has proven that large established businesses have a habit of leaching monies from taxpayers even if they don’t need it
