Ann: TGA Registration Update, page-103

Fair chance announcement was lodged at some stage yesterday and the ASX as usual too their time to review before releasing this morning.

Board need to cover themselves as new information comes to light but the fact they deemed it "non sensitive" suggests their is no suggestion our device doesnt work or any significant issues.

Prudent of TGA to ask Omnicron questions given it is an evolving situation that has just cropped up but I would suggest could just be some administrative boxes being ticked and we may find delays will be minimal before we are rubber stamped.
