administrative maybe but TGA has to take a fair approach and ensure minimum standards are met…so if they changing the requirements then they need to stop current in the market devices or this request is really for them to understand what can be asked of the device makers
so I would expect an approval soon based on the existing requirements…tga will then update the requirements to ensure devices have an appropriate plan for future variants
