The recent announcement from ERG regarding the delay in the ERG result and that the results would be audited. Extract as follows:
ERG Group today announced that it has changed the date for the release of its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2002 from 2 September 2002 to 12 September 2002. The Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Peter Fogarty, is involved in overseas negotiations that conflict with the original timing of the results announcement. The delay will ensure that, when announced, ERG’s results will be fully audited as opposed to being in the process of being audited.
Interesting, the results have been released however they have NOT BEEN AUDITED.
