So although it is a "Quiet Period" The underwriters can continue to sound out investor interest.

Within the "Quite Period" is a "Waiting Period" which I think is quite pertinent to our current phase in the IPO process.
Once the registration statement has been filed, the “waiting period” or “cooling–off period” begins and continues up to
the effective date of the registration. During this period, there are restrictions on the activities the company and the
underwriter can undertake. During the waiting period, the underwriters may accept “indications of interest” from
potential purchasers, but no actual sales can be made until after the effective date.

So now we are waiting...... or cooling off!

follow-up questions on responses to original comments or additional comments on new or amended information
included in the registration statement. Generally, these responses range from two weeks (second filing) to a week or

yeah - it looks that way at times. Thanks for expanding on the subject.
IHL has broadened my horizon significantly over the journey to this point. Again this listing on NASDAQ is no different.
For me this is the financial equivalent of jumping into the surf when all I have ever known is the pool or outback watering hole. At first you need the the comfort of the sand under your feet. The surge of the swell as you are lifted is exciting and just so the drop away can be alarming.
it's not for some. That's OK, but for me the dream has always been to improve my strength as a financial swimmer and maybe one day surf the same markets

1 last thing, I have never found myself needing to make excuses for this company. I find that both unusual and comforting. Might just only be me.
