    Well, with the AGM not long finished my take is as follows:

    The proxy votes were very interesting, depending on how votes cast at the meeting go there could be a few people missing out on options, including the CEO and Everblu amongst others.

    The consolidation looks likely to NOT be going ahead with 50.73% of proxies against.

    The feed was fairly laggy so it was not easy to keep track of everything being said.

    The presentation, which was a repeat of the previously released presentation from last week, was fairly fluffy and really added almost nothing that we haven't been told repeatedly.

    The Q&A was cut short with a few questions left unanswered (sorry if all my questions meant yours was missed). There was a lot of references to "tieing up loose ends" and positioning the company in 2021 for growth in 2022, etc.

    The jury? In my opinion is still out. They will need to really fulfil their potential with action in Q1 2022 before I could conclude a decision.
