It is pleasing to see the company relisting on 27th October.
The AGM date will be announced immediately the relisting occurs.The date cannot be published until the company is relisted is my understanding.Also further details of acquisitions should be made available on relisting.
However, now comes the real work. The shareholders must elect candidates to the Board that will serve them. It is no value having an AGM if the shareholders do not stand candidates that will run the company profitably and effeciently.
Let us all get to work to ensure that we all prosper.
