I shouldn't worry too much about it.... as I read the announcement it seems clear that there is no intention to DO anything, rather an option to consider the possibility of perhaps entertaining the idea of thinking about doing something.. at some stage in the future, eventually. Clearly a blocking move.... an option or a hedging of bets..??
