Hey @mike123, what do we actually know about the RP? Am wondering why do you think that they will not be receptive of the JV listing.
Also seeing that JV is a 50/50 I am sure that BCC will have a say into the discussion if it is to be had (BCC is a micro cap though and RP is x10 the size of BCC, this makes negotiations difficult).
