those 180mil shares were voted by shareholders specifically for the purpose of the nasdaq listing.

i guess theres no reason they couldnt do an additional cr with roth to become a substantial shareholder and roth could then on sell those shares it would require further announcements and likely share holder voting as well. its not entirely out of the question but roth can take up an additional 375000 ads as part of the nasdaq listing so its probably very unlikely
