One can see the
distribution below from mid CY2020 when Lucerne Investment management offloaded and then the
accumulation as the new #1 and #2 shareholders both started gradually picking up stock to substantial holder levels (>5% SOI) between 1.3c and 2.0c. A lot of damage to the register was done by Lucerne in August 2020, but a lot of healing has also taken place since then.
Register/share-price aside, I think the company itself has managed the semiconductor shortage incredibly well and is well placed for the bounce-back as the situation unwinds. $3m USD cash in the tank. Profitable. 4.5-year runway with GM. And management continues to state they are "on track" with respect to the plan outlined at the AGM, which includes signing another OEM. Market cap of $12m AUD at 1.3c. Suffice to say, I think this company will be worth considerably more than $12m AUD. 1.0c would be a $8.8m AUD MC, extraordinarily low levels.
I would like to see Aaryn do more marketing of the company with prospective investors by taking up the opportunity to do monthly Proactive investor videos, which many other microcap companies do.
