Fully agree. The mgt needs to deliver their commitment. Waiting for this and that including election outcome should not really in the mgt'ts thought process. They should deliver what they can control and not waiting for non controllable.
it was good that the mgt acknowlwdeged that they wasted a year or also waiting for Codelco's decision. This should be a lesson learnt.
