By the time the Monash "vaccine" comes aboard (when/if) the World would've been vaccinated already but it might well qualify as a better booster because it targets differently.
So the Phase 2/3 trials can be done on the already vaccinated and there's probably 30K people on this thread that would gleefully volunteer.
