I've even spoken to international fund managers who again think its a joke.
At this end, you have around 4 minutes to read the announcement and also make a decision (10minutes - 2 to open up - 4mn leway to see the ann on time).
On an institutional level, hedge funds and big inv bank prop traders have 6 minutes to compare their BHP EPS, revenue, margin, forward revenue + EPS forecasts to that given by company in a 70 page document.
