This article was recently released. I received it via Latent. Offers some good analysis of the sector, focusing largely on the Perth Basin.
The article also offers some good analysis on the reasons for lack of support to a stock like TSV, but also the potential investment in the sector once a "tipping" point has been reached.

My verdict, re TSV, is I continue to hold. Short term trading opportunities exist in the current range, but don't see anything happening for awhile. I'll re-evaluate at the end of the financial year, but would expect some activity by end of the March '10.
If there is no adverse news affecting the price, I'll take any opportunity to accumulate under 1.5, should it arise, with a view to the medium term.
I still view the current range as a great entry into one of this sectors best potential assets if you are able to take a position for more than a few months. It's a good speccie investment...
Keep an eye on developements at EGO's Gin Gin field coming up. It could have some flow on effects over the medium term. However, I think management of that company makes it a far riskier play...
