I actually made a mistake before (and it wouldnt let me edit it).
Working from both ends:
Revenue $3.5 mill
COGS -$1.75 mill (Laserbond has been around the 50% figure last couple of years). QSP might be able to hit better figures.
Gross Profit $1.75 mill
NPAT of $1.1 mill = NPBT of $1.4 mill assuming 30% tax rate.
So there is $350k to cover Employee & Admin Expenses, D&A, and repairs & maintenance.
For Laserbond it's employee & admin expenses is typically 20-25% of revenue. These guys are private, probably not looking to grow etc so even at 10% that blows the entire $350k.
I assume there Gross margins must be a lot better, but it would be interesting to understand how.
I am assuming Advertising/R&D/Finance Costs = $0
