That would have been my second question if my previous question was unanswered.
To be honest, I couldn't find any explanation for the resolution 3 either.
Can someone come up with compelling reasons why to approve resolutions...
1 - 17M shares, aimed at & uniquely beneficial to sophisticated and professional investors
2 - 10M shares aimed at & uniquely beneficial to the same sophisticated and professional investors as in 1
3 - 8.5M shares, aimed at & uniquely beneficial to the same sophisticated and professional investors as in 1
