Yes, sure FDV has some ideas on how Encuentra24 ought to be improved.
Regarding site visitor numbers - Encuentra24 is general classifieds business and a lot of its traffic is people selling each other second hand dogs, lawn mowers and toasters. Infocasas, realestate.com.au etc. are purely into real estate which naturally has less frequent but higher value transactions.
There's nothing wrong with general classifieds but the ability for the portal to extract value from each click is more limited. I'd baulk at having to pay Gumtree to sell or giveaway a household item, but happily fork out a couple of hundred to list my house on REA.
