at the least, i recalled one of the Blocks is producing 10000bopd, its Block31, not 27, lotsof competition for 31, 27 i think has 3Ddone and ready to drill. if we scored say, 31, first, whats the pricing, is it WTI or Brent, say at US$70, i'd think production costs would be ~$35-40, say $40, thats $30/barrel. @ say 2500bopd for Sonangols share per day. thats $75k/day before royalties, @365=$27mill/yrour staff cost <$1mill year, theres your funding facility paid of, Block 31 would cost more than $5mill but way less than $50mill, IMO
