It certainly seems the case that Westrip have a lot of questions to answer amongst themselves, more so than GGG, and hence that is why they are fighting it out amongst themselves in a London court. As Rod stated "there is no risk to any GGG asset". Just who does own the 39% of the JV - Westrip or Rimbal(aka G.Barnes). Very curious. Almost as curious as the deafening silence from the 'white knight' brigade that were so busy downramping the stock prior to the weekend!
