Its amazing how fast the tides can change on global markets. I'm currently on a remote site for a few days in WA and we had a massive storm last night, which woke me up about 1am. I checked CNN business because i couldn't get back to sleep and the NASDAQ was down 150 points or so. Nod back off, the fed releases a statement about interest rate rises to curb inflation and boom! Markets explode.
