Is that a factual statement. I have read the court proceedings, and that is NOT what was said in my enterpretation. It is Rimbal, the original owner or Westrip that can claim the 39%. The reason Rimbal could take possession was because Westrip did not follow the correct proceedures laid out for them when they were to aquire the project in the first place.
