The statement re LRs 3.1, 3.1A and 3.1B (as elaborated in GN8) is defensive. It is designed to provide cover for the absence of meaningful information. IMV, this tap dancing is designed to obfuscate and is part of a lomg-running pattern (recall how the study was "on track" etc.). We are treated like the proverbial mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed bs. Its insulting. I see there is a small bounrce in the sp this am. It would be greater if we had more information on numbers enrolled. How that would adversely impact on the "integrity of the study" escapes me.
