The board consists of 3 so if Ross & Gavin which are long time mates and buddies of their lifestyle positions of years then the Dr J has 1 vote only.
Dr J was asked to come along and replace the then Accountant who was blamed by Ross for lengthy time to get S32 onboard. So prudent Ross after the Dr constant badgering as shareholders spokes person offered him a directors position. So then the Auz stuff started to appear due the one horse we were riding on was a slow old horse and in Peru that can even be a donkey.
Moving forward we now have a substantial book of Aussie project thanks to Dr & Rob H that have amazing potential. So yes we probably need a bigger board and a project Manager to get on the ground and drive the drilling forward. If the BK04 assays are spectacular then Dr & Rob H bath in the glory due they laid the tenements on the table in front of Ross to move forward. We the shareholder are blessed that BK04 intersected sulphides in our patch so to speak which proved Dr & Rob H had pegged good ground.
