i think the integration will be fine. They have already done this once with their previous acquisition.

They will have a lot on their plates though in the next few months.

Their is the upscaling of the South African deal, integrating this company into theirs and expansion plans in the UK and America.

This deal the will give them circa $30m in revenue and profitability. Hoping they can at least double the above if they get all of the above right.

Pretty exciting times, but requires a lot to go right. If you look at management though they have the right team to do it.

Great that the directors will also be buying into tranche two. Be hoping they take up a lot.
