Thats the cost of drilling in the middle of b^%f#@k nowhere, it would include site prep, establishing a camp, mobilization fees for the rig, heritage clearance, consumables, wages, assays, etc etc
Its mostly RIO money expenditure anyway, and they don't do exploration half-arsed or on the cheap, so not really surprising to me.
