Hi I'm only new at this so can someone offer me some advice in relation to the top up facility of the retail offer.
Top-Up Facility
Eligible Retail Shareholders who take up their Entitlements in full may also apply for Additional
New Shares in excess of their Entitlement, up to a maximum of 100% of their full Entitlement at
the Issue Price in a 'top-up' facility (Top-Up Facility).
Does this mean if I take up my full entitlement I can apply for up to the same extra shares again? eg.100 + 100 so 200 shares?
I'm not at the level of most of you but I'd like to learn.
