there is no time frame other than when the Spanish court review the decision as it sits with them. Either way everybody knows that their local council were in opposition to the open cut proposal. The process is pretty simple if it is knocked back with the current open cut model infinity have the next application already in place for the underground model. I don’t think there will be any surprises when it is knocked back. I think everyone is ready for the new underground proposal to be put in place. And I wish that was sooner rather than later…..,
what we are seeing however is the media, government and companies in Europe for responding positively to the new underground proposal and it is gaining a lot of momentum.
