Yeah Peter Carlsson (CEO Northvolt) was one of the original proponents of the Battery Passport Reg’s.
Even then (2020) they saw these measures as only stop gap and temporary ,and were pushing for earlier/faster adoption ( in doc’s, labelling,and restrictions).
Of course you’d think this would need the EU to help facilitate this ($) , or Europe won’t be ready for their CO2 targets.And in the meanwhile just make China rich off them.
